To fill this role, we are looking for a People Operations Specialist who will be dedicated to our German entity. As People Operations Specialist you are a playing a central role in supporting our Business Partners in administrative and legal matters. You are responsible for developing and maintaining all People Operations topics, preparing the payroll and will be an active part in securing the organization’s people and culture policies and procedures. This role is based in Berlin.
Key Responsibilities:
- People operations
- Payroll
Preparation and follow-up of the monthly payroll
Communication with health insurance companies and authorities
Staying up to date in labour law topics and creation of internal guidelines to comply with them
Takeover of exciting People projects
