JOB DESCRIPTION

IDOL is seeking a new General Manager to look after the expansion of its operations in Germany. You will join a Berlin-based DSP relationship manager and gradually develop the German team according to the activity growth. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual with an extensive knowledge of the German independent music industry combined with a substantial experience and network within it. Together with the Director of Distribution, the Head of A&R development and the Head of Marketing & Label Services you will strengthen IDOL’s presence in the market both by signing new business opportunities and in maximizing our existing partnerships with our German-based partners.
